![]() Babies 2010-03-13 I have been accused on several different occasions of “not liking babies”. I believe there has been some misinterpretation of my personal preferences in total. You see, in reality, I don’t like people who scream a lot. Should any individual enter my dwelling and proceed to make loud noises of any sort for a prolonged period I would gently ask them to leave, then proceed to throttle them. Upon hearing this people often then resort to the argument “But babies can’t help it.” I do understand that an infants primary means of communication is through vociferousness. That understanding is what has led, thus far, to the staying of my hand and the dismissal of said child from my home. So I feel that this demonstration of patience in the face of behavior that frustrates me should lay this topic to rest. I like babies as much as I like anyone.
